Who sends the messages
Beat the Clock is a sole proprietorship operated by Ian McCallum in Naperville, Illinois, and is the owner and operator of the Clockwork software platform. Text messages are sent directly by Beat the Clock to prospective business customers — business owners or authorized business representatives — who submitted a contact or Clockwork demonstration request through beatyourclock.com and explicitly opted in to SMS.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, we do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other business.
How you opt in
Opt-in happens in one place only: the contact form at https://www.beatyourclock.com/contact. Both a general contact request and a Clockwork demonstration request use this same form. You enter your name, email address, phone number, and message, select what you are interested in, and tick an optional consent checkbox.
The checkbox is not pre-checked, and ticking it is not required to submit the form, to get a quote, or to receive service. If you leave it unchecked, we will only reply by email.
Below is the exact consent block as it appears on that page:
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Beat the Clock about your service request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote. We never sell or share your mobile information with third parties.
This is a static reproduction for review purposes. The live, working form is at beatyourclock.com/contact.
