Beat the Clock ("we," "us," "our") is an automation consultancy based in Naperville, Illinois, and the owner and operator of the Clockwork software platform. This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the text messages we send to people who submit a contact or Clockwork demonstration request through our website.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form at beatyourclock.com/contact, we collect your name, email address, and message. If you choose to check the optional SMS consent box, we also collect your phone number and a record of your consent: the date and time, your IP address, the page URL, and the exact disclosure text you agreed to.
We do not obtain phone numbers from any other source. We do not buy, rent, or import lists, and we do not collect numbers on behalf of any other business.
How we use your information
If you opt in to text messages from Beat the Clock, we use your phone number only to reply to you about your specific request: confirming we received it, coordinating and reminding you about a scheduled consultation or Clockwork demonstration, sending demo-related updates, and answering customer-support questions. SMS consent and message terms
